Why Personal Training?

It is believed that Personal Training is preferred because people are bored by going to the gym and prefer to exercise at home. WRONG! Personal Training is a training program that is unique for every athlete. So does for you! A special training program will be made that fits your needs and goals you want to achieve.

Why should I work out with Paris?

Paris will help you accomplish your goal successfully, he will be there for you, to stand by you and to encourage you, He won’t let you get lazy and will not stop if you do not accomplish the desired result.

Where can I work out?

You can exercise in your own space or even from the internet, with Paris showing you the exercises and also advising you.

How often should I work out to see results?

The frequency of training should be at least twice a week for a beginner and then begins a three day training program which is the basic program for a good result.

What nutrition is necessary?

The diet should be rich in vitamins, carbohydrates, proteins and minerals and you should avoid fatty and snack foods. Based on your needs Paris will make a diet plan specifically for you.

How much will it cost?

The first lesson is free for the trainee to be able to see how he is going to work out and also understand the method. The normal course costs 20 euros while the package of three courses costs 50 euros.
