As mentioned above there are several exercises you can do, such as pushups (push – ups) that are fully effective and can be done in many variations. Another exercise is the triceps dips which we can do by touching a chair or on our bed, but the abdominals can be done in several ways. These were three of the basic exercises you can do at home.
