What you need:

– 1 teaspoon of honey

– The juice of half a lemon

– 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

– 1 cup of boiling water

Preparation:

Dissolve cinnamon in boiling water and leave it until it’s slightly cooler. Add the honey and lemon juice and stir well. It is preferable to consume the beverage along with your breakfast so you can start your day right.
